Dr. Prasad N. Golla

I design and build secure systems, from the chip to the cloud. I conceived and architected Aggi ARIA (Aggi Responsible Intelligence Assessor), which tests how AI models and agents behave and keeps the evidence that security reviews and audits ask for.

Besides leading the design of Aggi's products, I take on a small number of fractional CTO engagements myself, contracted through Aggi Technologies, and I speak and write about AI security for business and general audiences.

Where I come from

A CTO when you need one, without a full-time hire

For startups and smaller companies, especially those building AI products for hospitals, banks, insurers and other careful buyers. I help you decide what to build and how to build it safely, get through your customers' security reviews, and keep your technology costs and risks in check. I do this work myself; contracts and billing go through Aggi Technologies.

Most engagements start with a fixed-fee assessment, so we both know where things stand before any longer commitment.

Talks

Keynotes, conference talks, panels, podcasts, workshops, guest lectures and executive briefings, in person or remote.

Your AI passed the demo. Can it pass the hospital's security review?

Why promising AI products stall when they reach a careful buyer, what reviewers actually ask, and how a small team gets ready early.

Drift or noise? When your AI changes and nobody decided it

How to tell ordinary variation from a real change in an AI's behavior, and why it matters wherever AI makes real decisions.

When the agent goes wrong: an AI incident practice session

A live walk-through of an AI incident, from the first strange complaint to the decision to restart. Who decides, how fast, and with what evidence.

Security first, not bolted on

Building AI products with security as the first design rule, and moving fast with AI coding tools without skipping the engineering basics.

The $20,000 prototype

AI tools have cut the cost of a working product from hundreds of thousands of dollars to tens of thousands. What founders still need to know to make that real.

Treat AI agents like user accounts

Every agent that can act on your systems needs what an employee gets: its own login, limited access, a record of what it did, and a way to switch it off.

What I write

AI: Security, Responsibility, and Governance is my monthly LinkedIn newsletter for busy executives and engineers: a few things worth knowing each month, in plain language.

I am also writing a short book on AI security for busy professionals and students. It will be announced here when it is ready.
