The terms that govern the ARIA Shape B service, operated by Aggi Technologies LLC. Effective July 5, 2026.
These terms govern your access to and use of ARIA Shape B ("the Service"), a behavioral AI-testing service operated by Aggi Technologies LLC ("Aggi", "we", "us", or "our"), a Texas limited liability company based in Plano, Texas. By creating an account, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to the Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy below. If you accept on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
Plain-language summary — a quick, non-binding overview to help you read the rest. The full Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy below are the binding agreement; if anything here differs from them, they control.
ARIA Shape B is a behavioral testing and evaluation service for AI/LLM systems. You connect one or more of your own AI/ML model endpoints, and the Service runs a curated battery of behavioral tests against them — on demand and on a schedule you choose — and returns a numeric score and a downloadable report.
ARIA Shape B is a testing tool — not a certification, audit, warranty, or guarantee. Results are informational only. The Service does not certify, guarantee, or warrant that your AI system is compliant, safe, unbiased, secure, private, lawful, or fit for any purpose. A passing score does not mean your system is free of problems, and a failing score is not a determination that your system is defective. Testing cannot detect every problem. You remain solely responsible for your AI systems, your use of them, and any action or inaction you take based on the results.
The Service evaluates your endpoint using behavioral test cases drawn from Aggi's fixture libraries as they exist at the time each test runs. AI behavior is probabilistic and continually evolving, and the universe of possible inputs, prompts, jailbreaks, attacks, and emergent behaviors is effectively unbounded. Accordingly:
An emerging technology and a moving target. You acknowledge and agree that ARIA Shape B operates within, and evaluates, a field that is new and rapidly changing, and that this reality inherently limits what any testing tool — including ours — can promise. Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Service reflects Aggi's good-faith methodology and the current state of an emerging discipline — not an established industry standard, settled science, or a promise of any particular result. You acknowledge these limitations, accept the Service on this basis, and assume the risk of any reliance on it. No statement about the Service, and no score or report it produces, should be read or relied upon as a guarantee.
You agree that you will:
You agree that you will not:
You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to connect and test each endpoint you register, and that your use of the Service and any inputs you cause to be processed do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's rights or any law, and do not include personal data of others that you are not authorized to process.
Sanctions and export. You represent that you are not located in, controlled by, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. embargo or comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted-party or denied-party list. You will not use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws, and you will comply with all applicable trade laws.
The Service may issue API keys for automated (CI/CD) access. API keys are secrets: you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity performed with them. Rotate or revoke keys as needed. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys or access in response to suspected abuse or security risk.
To provide the Service, you authorize Aggi to connect to the AI endpoint(s) you register and to run tests against them, including automatically on the schedule you configure. To run scheduled tests when you are not present, you provide credentials that we store encrypted at rest (see the Privacy Policy). You retain ownership of and responsibility for your endpoints, and you are solely responsible for any usage, token, or inference costs charged by your AI/model providers. The Service runs tests using your provider and your tokens; Aggi does not reimburse those costs.
Provider charges are yours alone. Running tests, evaluations, and analyses against your endpoints consumes your AI/ML/LLM provider's tokens, compute, and API calls, which your provider meters and bills directly to you — including charges generated by scheduled or automated runs. You are solely and completely responsible for all such provider charges, in any amount. Aggi does not pay, advance, subsidize, reimburse, or receive any portion of those provider charges in any form, and Aggi has no liability for them. You are responsible for setting any spending limits, quotas, or budgets with your provider.
The Service is sold in batches. One batch covers up to 4 connected models and 20 evaluation runs per day. You may add or remove batches at any time (proration is handled by our payment processor). Pricing is per batch:
Multi-term prices are charged in full at the start of the term. All prices are exclusive of taxes (see §1.9). Prices are subject to change; changes apply to renewals and new purchases, not to a term already paid.
Your subscription automatically renews. At the end of each term, your subscription renews for another term of the same length at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the customer billing portal or by emailing support@aggicorp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to the current term.
Prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, and similar taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout. Taxes are non-refundable, including in connection with any refund of fees.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Card and bank details are handled by the processor and never touch Aggi's servers (PCI SAQ-A scope). You authorize Aggi, through the processor, to charge your selected payment method for all fees and applicable taxes.
Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@aggicorp.com and use the refund process in Section 2 before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first requesting a refund under this Agreement is a breach of these Terms; we may suspend or terminate your account, contest the dispute using these Terms and your account and usage records as evidence, and recover the disputed amount and related fees. Amounts we have already refunded are not eligible for a chargeback.
If a renewal or charge fails, our processor will retry for up to ten (10) days, during which your access continues (a payment-failure grace period). If payment is not resolved within that window, access may be suspended and the subscription may be cancelled. This grace period applies to failed payments only and is not a free-trial or a general grace on the Service.
We may, at our sole discretion, grant complimentary or credited access (for example, a number of free days or months) — for instance to resolve a support matter as a courtesy. Any such grant is discretionary, creates no obligation or entitlement, is non-transferable, and may be modified or withdrawn.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. At this tier we do not offer an uptime or performance service-level guarantee. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, test cases, scoring methods, or the Service itself, and may perform maintenance that causes downtime, in each case without liability.
The Service depends on third-party AI/model providers and infrastructure we do not control; their outages, rate limits, model changes, deprecations, or price changes may affect, delay, or prevent testing and may change your results — this is not a defect in the Service or a breach by us. Features labeled beta, preview, or early access are provided for evaluation, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and carry no warranty. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of any scores or reports you need; the Service is not a system of record, and we may delete your data following termination or account deletion.
Aggi and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the platform, fixtures, gates, scoring methodology, report formats, and all related intellectual property. During your subscription, Aggi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of your endpoints, your data, and the scores and reports generated for you, and you may use and share them internally; you may not present them as an Aggi certification. You grant Aggi the rights necessary to operate the Service and, in de-identified and aggregated form, to improve it. If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Service, you grant Aggi a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS, SCORES, AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AGGI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the above, Aggi does not warrant that: the Service will detect any or all issues, vulnerabilities, biases, unsafe behaviors, non-compliance, novel or zero-day attacks, or future model behavior; results are accurate, complete, or error-free; a passing or failing score is correct; or the Service will be uninterrupted or secure. The Service does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your AI systems and for any decision, action, or omission based on the results.
No high-risk reliance. ARIA Shape B is a testing aid. You will not use the Service or rely on its results as the sole or primary basis for decisions in high-risk contexts where a failure, error, or inaccurate result could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical, environmental, financial, or property harm — including safety-critical systems and medical, legal, financial, or life-sustaining decisions. You are responsible for independent verification and meaningful human oversight, and you assume all risk of relying on the results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGGI AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
AGGI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) US $100 OR (b) THE FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO AGGI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and are an essential basis of the bargain. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aggi from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your AI systems, endpoints, or content; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (d) your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right; or (e) any decision, action, or omission you make based on the Service or its results.
These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected abuse or security risk, or as required by law. On termination, your license ends and your access stops. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration or lawsuit, you agree to email support@aggicorp.com a written description of the dispute and to give us 30 days to resolve it in good faith.
Binding arbitration; class-action waiver. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court and requests for injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, for business customers, its Commercial Arbitration Rules). The arbitration will be seated in, and any in-person hearing will take place in, Collin County, Texas. Disputes will be brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court (and not in class or representative arbitration), while the rest of this arbitration agreement remains in effect. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@aggicorp.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Venue and forum. Aggi primarily operates from Collin County, Texas, and the parties agree that all negotiation, arbitration, and litigation of any dispute will take place there. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue is the state courts located in Collin County, Texas and the federal courts of the Eastern District of Texas; you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue and waive any objection that the forum is inconvenient.
Time limit on claims. To the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises; otherwise it is permanently barred.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms (with the policies referenced here) are the entire agreement between you and Aggi regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices to Aggi may be sent to support@aggicorp.com. Electronic acceptance. You accept these Terms by clicking to accept, creating an account, or using the Service, and you consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, and invoices electronically; your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and similar laws. These Terms create no third-party beneficiary rights. These Terms are written in English; any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version controls.
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first purchase, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the fees you paid (excluding non-refundable taxes) — no questions asked. The 7-day guarantee is available once per customer. The guarantee is void if your account has violated these Terms or engaged in abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation, or if a guarantee refund has already been claimed by you or your organization. We may decline or reverse any refund obtained through misrepresentation.
After the 7-day window, you may cancel at any time. We will refund the unused whole months remaining in your current paid term, calculated at the standard rate of $30 per batch per month. In other words, any multi-term or promotional discount applies only if you complete the term; for the months you used, the standard monthly rate is applied, and the remainder is refunded. A partial month counts as a full used month. Taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor and may take several business days to appear. Refunds are based on the amount actually charged for the current term, excluding taxes.
Adding batches is prorated and charged immediately for the remainder of the current period. Removing batches applies a credit toward your next invoice; reductions do not generate a cash refund.
Cancel at any time through the customer billing portal or by emailing support@aggicorp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless you request an immediate cancellation with the pro-rated refund described in §2.2, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the ARIA Shape B service collects and how we use it. It applies to the Service and to shapeb.aggicorp.com.
We do not retain the raw test prompts we send to your model, or your model's raw responses, beyond what is needed to compute the score for that run. After scoring, that content is discarded; we keep the derived score and timestamps so you can see how your model's behavior trends over time.
To run tests on the schedule you set — when you are not present — we must store the credential you provide. It is envelope-encrypted at rest, and is decrypted only in memory at the moment a test runs. A data breach would yield unusable ciphertext. We describe this honestly: we do store the credential (encrypted), and we do not claim that "even we cannot read it."
The Service is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI), payment card data, or other sensitive regulated data. Please do not submit such data as test inputs to your endpoints while using the Service. If your use requires a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — for example, in healthcare — contact support@aggicorp.com before using the Service.
We use the information to operate and provide the Service (including running tests and generating scores and reports), to bill you, to provide support, to secure and improve the Service (in de-identified, aggregated form), and to comply with law. We do not sell your information. We may also access, preserve, or disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce these Terms; to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aggi, our users, or the public.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, each processing only what is necessary: our payment processor (Stripe) for billing; our hosting provider for infrastructure; Google Workspace for email; and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website analytics.
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest for stored credentials, access controls, and available MFA. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information while your account is active. You may delete your account, which removes your data through our deletion process and releases your email address for reuse. Certain billing records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We also retain your Terms-acceptance records — including the signed acceptance record described in the Terms (your name, the version you accepted, and the date, time, and technical metadata of acceptance) — after your account is deleted, as a legal record of the agreement and for as long as needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. California residents: we do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@aggicorp.com; we will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. Cookies and analytics: our website uses cookies and similar technologies for Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity; you can manage these through your browser settings, any cookie controls we offer, and the providers' opt-outs.
Your information may be processed in the United States and/or the European Union; by using the Service you consent to this. The Service is not directed to children under 18. We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the updated version with a new date.
